Two ends of Indian digital.
I have designed at two ends of Indian digital: a super app used by millions, and public services that have to work for everyone. Both taught me the same lesson from opposite directions.

Dozens of products sat inside one app, and the agency-built design system could not keep up. As product designer I worked on onboarding, offers, discovery, UPI and more, then built the in-house, token-based system every team drew from. It powered a major relaunch, the one where the Google Play rating rose from 3.8 to 4.2. Performance work shipped in the same relaunch, so I do not credit the system alone.

National public services
Government services grow one portal at a time, so a citizen ends up facing dozens of sites with their own logins. I unify those platforms into one coherent system and build the shared design foundations used across national e-governance services.
